TimeBlocksTeam studies and refunds
Team studies cost $15 USD per participant, per study. We recommend 14 days; each study covers up to 30 calendar days, including extensions. Continuing beyond 30 days requires a new study purchase. Additional seats share the original study dates. There is no subscription. Solo studies are free. The organizer’s place is included in the paid participant count; a tracking exception does not release or refund that place.
Before your study starts
You may cancel for a full refund or reduce your seat count for a refund of the seats removed. Contact us before the scheduled start date, or before you start the study early, whichever comes first.
After your study starts
We do not normally issue refunds once a study has started. Contact us about duplicate charges or technical problems that prevented you from using TimeBlocks so we can review an exception.
Request a refund
Email support@timeblocks.online from your administrator account’s email address with the study name and the number of seats you want to cancel. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.
Approved refunds return the actual amount paid for the canceled seats, accounting for discounts. We do not deduct processing fees from your refund. Requests are reviewed by support; removing a participant alone does not issue a refund.
