TimeBlocks is designed for teams that want clarity about priorities and capacity without turning people into productivity scores. Your place is included in the participant count. Study setup, invitations, participant readiness, and team and participant reporting are included.

How it works

From setup to reflection.

    Set up your study

    Create your organizer account, name the study, choose its dates, and add your team. Review the seat count, including organizers, before checkout. Participants set their own categories and schedules in the app.

  2. 02

    Invite the people taking part

    Each participant joins through their email invitation and connects their own TimeBlocks account.

  3. 03

    Let the finite study run

    People classify their own time through brief prompts during the schedules they choose. The study ends on the date you set.

  4. 04

    Read the pattern together

    Review the submitted time, compare it with the mission, and discuss what should change.

The privacy boundary

Clear enough to explain before anyone joins.

Participants choose the category for each submitted block. Administrators can review that study data, but TimeBlocks does not silently observe the rest of a person’s workday.
