Start with your time.
Or learn together.
Start a free solo study in the apps, or organize a team study and take part alongside your team.
Understand
my time.
A solo study is a mirror, not a permanent obligation. Capture a representative stretch of work, learn from it, and choose what to change.

Reflect and realign
Review a finite study of your time and decide what deserves more or less of your next week.
Understand
my team’s time.
A team study creates language for a shared conversation about priorities, capacity, and mission alignment. It is not employee surveillance.
$15 USD per participant, per study. 14 days recommended, up to 30 days. No subscription.
- 01
Plan your team study
Create your organizer account, name the study, choose its dates, and add the people who will take part, including yourself.

Let the study run

- 04
Learn from the picture
Review the team’s recorded time together, discuss what the patterns mean, and make better decisions about capacity and focus.
Already invited?
Your place is covered. Open your email invitation, install TimeBlocks, then reopen the invitation to join the correct study.
THE PRINCIPLE IS THE SAME
People provide the meaning.
TimeBlocks provides the mirror.
A category can show where time went. Only you and your team can decide whether that time served the mission.
